Best Beef Pho in Vancouver, CA

The broth isn't heavy on herbs... the heart and soul of the bowl comes from the beef bones, giving it a unique and delicious flavor.

Beef broth was really flavourful and light... I really enjoyed the added extra bone marrow and highly recommend.

Northern pho is different because they use much more aromatics in their broth... the depth of flavor in it is amazing.

Flavourful but not overpowering or greasy with a decent amount of beef brisket scattered throughout the noodles.
