Rad-Dish is an independent food discovery project created by Varun Varshney. It helps people understand which dishes define a city and find noteworthy places serving them.
The project combines structured data, AI-assisted research, and links to supporting web sources. Rad-Dish does not accept payment for placement in its recommendations.
Our goal
Food discovery should explain what to order, where to try it, and why a recommendation is useful. We publish our process and make it easy to report corrections.
