The broth is what makes it — clean, rich, and balanced without being too heavy... the short rib pho is a statement bowl that comes out like a centerpiece.

The delicious broth (a little less sweet than at nearby restaurants) earns the #1 mention in the restaurant name in the minds of many.

Certainly one of the pricier bowls of pho I've had, but the surroundings were splashy. I would come back here just to drink the broth.

Paying less than $8 for about a gallon of Vietnamese broth and a pound of rice noodles is a great move... and cream puffs come free with every order.
