The har gow skin is translucent and perfectly elastic, holding together a filling of exceptionally fresh, snappy shrimp.

These were some of the best Har Gow I've had. The wrapper is super thin and the shrimp filling is juicy and super bouncy.

Each impressively plump parcel contained loads of perfectly cooked shrimp, while the translucent wrapper had a nice chew.

I've never seen such eye-poppingly large pieces of dim sum as the ones produced at Longo Seafood. The restaurant delivers in terms of bang for your buck.
