Best Toast Skagen in Stockholm, SE

The gold standard of Skagen. The butter-fried bread is a revelation and the shrimp are perfectly seasoned.

This dish comes as a generous mound of sweet pink Atlantic shrimp... something I could eat every other day.

It is not an easy thing to make a mayonnaise sauce feel elegant, and yet the lemon and dill accents employed at Sturehof did just that.

Restaurant Riche has a pricey but oh-so good Toast Skagen. This is by far one of the best I have ever tried.

Traditional Swedish food done very well, with a selection of dishes served to a high standard. The Skagen is authentic and generous.
