Mine were by far the nicest classic meatballs I tried in Stockholm, and the Deluxe Plate was a delicious twist.

Juicy and tantalisingly aromatic, they were the stuff that Swedish meatball legends are made of.

The ridiculously soft and creamy smooth meat gave rise to a light flavour but not the heavy beef I expected.
