The thinnest slices of fried bread enclosing the filling to make the most addictive of sandwiches.

Made with good ham, perfectly melted cheese, and toasted bread with just the right amount of butter, it is delicious.

We noticed that it was a beloved sandwich, but that it was mistreated in many bars. We wanted to do it right.
